The previous tenor outing was :(( But next time let's find a time where everyone can turn up so it'll be like one whole family with juniors (sec ones'09) to seniors (sec fours'08) :D

Missing all the seniors :( BPCO just isn't what it feels like without the seniors.

Hey people it's me Hui Min =D

I was thinking, would you guys be free on the 3rd week of the June hols for a Tenor Section outing? Please leave suggestions on where you want to go and the days where you are free =D

Here are some suggestions (you can add your own!) :
1) Picnic/ BBQ at East Coast Park; or plain cycling
2) KBox; Bowling
3) Go someone's house! XD

Er that's all I can think of?? Leave your suggestions!

Ahh... It had been so long since anyone updated this blog, so here I am!

To countdown, there's only 1 final practice tomorrow or 3 more days before SYF! I'm sure everyone here have memorised their scores, right?

Erm... This is just a short post to firstly:
Congratulation Gladys and Wei Qi into getting NJC and HCJC respectively!! ^_^

Secondly,
to welcome our new juniors/ scholars:
Cello: Shi Min and Shi Hui =D
Double Bass: Chen Xing, Bi Jun and Liang Bing =D

Anyway, just about less than 2 more months to SYF, we have to buck up!! There's still 琵琶歌, don't forget!

Also, do not feel disappointed if you did not manage to make it to the SYF team, you can still help out in many other different ways. It doesn't mean you ain't good, it's just that there's a limit to the number of people that can join. Don't feel inferior to others 'cus nobody's perfect. You can still give them moral support =) Continue to practice hard 'cus there're still many other performances/ competitions that the whole BPCO can participate in. =) You're still a part of BPCO, physically and mentally.

Yo I'm back! Today boss on leave so can slack a lil. Shhh... Didn't hear it from me.

Anyways, make sure you all work hard for the syf ya? And even after you guys graduate, continue to pursue this common skill that we all share. If possible, go take the music exams, get a grade and a cert and it will help you go far.

If you guys want to try dsa next time (like me), most likely can make it de. You see my skills so lousy but still managed to get through means it is possible de ya? But it will have to depend on which school you all try... For NJC, we have to first go through auditions, then written tests for mathematics and english and then followed by the interview. Most in bp were able to make it through the tests (if they dsa through results) but many died at the interview.

When i first got landed with the cello in sec 1, i was so sad that i nearly cried. Coz i join the chinese orchestra to learn a chinese instrument and it was totally unexpected for me to get cello. In fact, shen lao shi wanted me to go to double bass due to my height. And i was lonely, like Yi Xiu, the only sec 1. Plus that time i was so shy, didn't really speak to the seniors.

However, after a while, i realised that cello ain't that bad right? It's kinda cool too. Not many ppl knows how to play the cello as it requires lots of patience. Then Wei Qi joined co and i felt even better. Followed by the fact that i started to talk to the seniors more and we became real good friends.

So guys, don't give up this special skill of yours. Continue to pursue it. Now in co practice in NJC, i feel myself improving more and more. It's great to meet cello ppl out there who are way better than you because when you play with them, there's really a huge improvement. The sound quality, the confidence level... Shiok. You guys will definitely enjoy it too. Jia you!!! :p

Hope you all can schedule another outing next year or maybe we can go out for lunch as a section? It'll be fun... Haha. Actually i was thinking of a huge outing for tenor section, meaning asking my seniors out too. So there's gonna be six "generation" of ppl together. But a lil difficult plus I'm kinda busy...

So, juniors, study hard!!! I must see you guys in all the top schools, in the best of the best. Good luck in everything you do and don't miss me! :}

Hey peeps Hui Min here to resuscitate this -almost- dead blog. Hehe.

Tenor peeps, remember our Sectional Outing this friday!!

Venue: HomeTeam NS (aka Cedans?) , Clementi KBox
Time: Meet at Cedans at 8.45am, KBox till 6pm (?)
Event: Swimming, Bowling, KBox!
Things to bring: Your swim suit (lol XD) and goggles, wrist guard if needed to protect our 'delicate' right hand (=p), and most importantly, MONEY (about ~$20 should be enough)

Also, hopefully all of you enjoyed the Music Camp too!!

P.S Have time to spare?? Visit the Guan Yue's and Tan Bo's blog too!

Hey there, it was really fun going to the airport the other day, but sadly Iddo had to leave. (sigh) I wish you safety wherever you go Iddo. :)

Sheng Ying here!

I finally got to url for our tenor blog, :-D This blog is pretty dead, but it's our job to revive it (?) LOLZZZZ. Hahaha. Oh oh! I can't wait for our outing next thurs, :-D. Yesterday's Big Move was awesome~ and i really enjoyed it!~ Thank you everyone who was there to help out, couldn't have done it without ya. :-D
